Merged and dual-published Docs cleanup batch DOC-20260926-06 phase 2 to both dev.ecs0.net and eastcoastscience.net in the same deploy cycle (Rule 34: zero drift).

• dev.ecs0.net (~/dev/sites/dev.ecs0.net):

  • Merged branch sites/docscleanup-20260927 into main (commit 460f308105458e737b3997a9646ac484f5d6b1fb).
  • Merged branches: docs/content-fixes-20260927 (23c5154) and docs/root-ticket-archive-20260927 (b36e45d).
  • Added 82 x 301 permanent redirects to /issues/<ID>.html and 275 x 410 Gone blocks to infra/nginx/gateway.conf. Syntax verified (nginx -t) and reloaded via Docker.
  • Regenerated wiki/hub.html (LiteLLM marked retired per DEC-20260924-01) and wiki/latest.html, wiki/latest/index.html, and wiki/api/latest.json (2,083 cataloged pages; 714 root links dropped).
  • Integrated 18 live /standards/*.html pages plus 2 new standards (session-state.html, standards-checker-proof.html).
  • Preserved ~400 dirty issue exports in working tree without clobbering.
  • Pushed to fleet (git.ecs0.net) and backup (github.com/richhdoty/rdmsm4x-dev-sites-dev.ecs0.net.git).

• eastcoastscience.net (~/dev/sites/eastcoastscience.net):

  • Committed changes on main (5a4f363c153835e39c4d9bc2773c3327d8ce6645).
  • Removed 357 retired root ticket pages from wiki/ and dist/wiki/.
  • Added 82 x 301 rules in dist/_redirects, preserving the existing /wiki/gallery/icons/assets/* rule without conflict.
  • Implemented Cloudflare Pages Functions (functions/_retired_tickets.ts, functions/[ticket].ts, and functions/_middleware.ts) returning HTTP 410 Gone before auth challenges.
  • Added 200 rewrites and symlinks for /issues and /standards to maintain parity.
  • Deployed to Cloudflare Pages: production deployment a7cb57af-6a1c-43a7-9b82-e81119723758 (URL: https://a7cb57af.eastcoastscience-net.pages.dev, production: https://eastcoastscience.net).
  • All 6 test suites passed green (74/74 tests).
  • Pushed to fleet (git.ecs0.net) and backup (github.com/richhdoty/rdmsm4x-dev-sites-eastcoastscience.net.git).

• Verification:

  • Sample of 10 x 301s and 10 x 410s on both hosts tested 100% PASS.
  • /, /issues/, and /standards/ verified returning 200 OK on both hosts.
  • Arista/BNY pages strictly untouched.
  • gallery-move.zsh --apply held for Rich's approval (6.58 GB / 40,531 files).
  • Pre-publication backups archived to ~/dev/_handoff/docs-rootarchive-20260927/backups/.
  • Full result recorded in ~/dev/_handoff/docs-rootarchive-20260927/RESULT.md.
  • Ticket TASK-20260927-28 resolved and bus message sent to sites@rdmsm4x.
